Ok where to start. I have been without internet for 4 weeks Trying to get it sorted via customer services is impossible over 7 hour on hold on my mobile now and still no clue if I'm going to get on line. Is there a way I can contact someone without all the crap on the phone every 10 mins I get cut off and have to go through the same crap . I have had 2 engineers out and I need a repull out side the house . this was rediscovered 2 weeks ago and I still don't know if or when it's going to get done .
