Helllllllp

Ok where to start.
I have been without internet for 4 weeks
Trying to get it sorted via customer services is impossible over 7 hour on hold on my mobile now and still no clue if I'm going to get on line. Is there a way I can contact someone without all the crap on the phone every 10 mins I get cut off and have to go through the same crap .
I have had 2 engineers out and I need a repull out side the house . this was rediscovered 2 weeks ago and I still don't know if or when it's going to get done .

I feel your pain customer service team is terrible. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but they will make you pay for the 4 weeks you had no internet.

I'm going through the same thing and they refuse to accept that they didn't provide the service we have payed for.

Good luck hopefully you have a better time than me.
