Has anyone actually got through to the new build team???

We have been trying for days now and the phone just goes on hold for 20 minutes then it drops the call, are Virgin Media doing so well they don’t won’t to keep our business.
We Moved last Friday and notified the help desk 3 weeks ago that we were moving and they have managed to cancel the existing services at the old house, but neglected to tell us we needed to call these mythical beasts that work in the Virgin Media New Build Team.

Hi Kath thanks for doing that. Someone from Virgin rang on Tuesday and the cable was pulled yesterday and we are expecting an engineer next Thursday to carry out the installation. Fingers crossed this is the last you’ll hear of me😜
