HUB 3 activate so can use Services

Had a new Hub installed told takes 60 mins to activate still not activated

bit more info - have you actually rung the activation number supplied - if so it should happen - but 60 minutes is more than i would expect

The Engernier called someone when he was here before he left and then said it will take about 60 mins to activate all the lights will go off and only have a white light at bottom then u can go about setting up wifi devices

last bit about lights is certainly correct and it can take a while - 60min is more than a while - how long has it actually been - tech should leave it working or thats my opinion - if its more than the 60min you need to ring and see what they can do - VM take up to week to get to threads here so thats not going to help in the short term
