HUB 3.0 won't turn on!

I've tried finding an email but I can't seem to find anything to get a response, and I can't do it on the phone without a virgin landline, (I have the only broadband student pack) so hopefully I'll get better luck with this! I was away for a weekend and when I got back home, our Hub 3.0 wouldn't turn on, we've tried plugging it in other places, the button on the back and leaving it unplugged to plug it back in again. Having looked on here I've seen the same problem with no result how to fix it, or the email address or number to contact someone in order to get a new one. It's needed ASAP, as assignments are due and it's difficult without wifi!

no email addy - try 0345 454 1111 - thats a general number - staff here take a week or so to get to threads so phone is best option
