Green lights on Superhub 3 after setting back to Router mode
Had our service installed on Wednesday this week, long story short we set the superhub to modem mode so that we could use a router recently purchased. This has a fault and has been sent back to the store. Switching the superhub back to router mode has disconnected us and when trying to log back in with the 192.168.100.1 IP it brings up that there is connection fault. Could this be a faulty Superhub?
We have spoken to the helpline who have advised that there could be an outage in the area and that an engineer will be out on the 27th. This looks to me like a faulty superhub and in need of replacement. Resetting the hub did not help either.
Re: Green lights on Superhub 3 after setting back to Router mode
Thanks for getting in touch, great to see you here
Apologies for the loss of service! Checking your connection this evening I can see that your Superhub is completely offline. It these situations we always arrange for an engineer to call around to investigate everything and then replace the equipment if needed. I know this is a major inconvenience, please accept my sincere apologies.
Could you please update us after the engineer has visited.
