Green light flashing

Hi,

I am a new customer and have tried to set up my home broadband using the quick and easy set up guide, finding it not so quick or easy as I have been at this all day, can't connect to the internet all i get on my modem is a green flashing light, i'm close to launching it please help Smiley Indifferent

Which light is flashing green... and it seems your not the only one
