Green arrow lights

I just got Virgin Media installed on Friday. The technician said there was a problem in our area and broadband would definitely be back that afternoon. It's now Sunday evening and my broadband still isn't working. The green Wi-Fi light is constantly on but the green arrow lights are flashing on and off.

According to my virgin media account there are no problems so I have consulted the manual which suggested turning off for 60 seconds but this hasn't worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your install.

 

We had a little bit of trouble sending activation hits recently but it should all be sorted now. I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is online at the moment.
