Green arrow flashing / A whole week without any connection!

Hi, can you please tell me how to get in touch with the technical assistance? I have my contract in front of me and a number of invoices but I can't find there or online any number to call to take an appointment.... Given what I read on this forum, my problem is "classic" but requires onsite repair. Can someone at Virigin please get in touch? Many thanks, Caroline
