GREEN Light

I really don’t understand virgin anymore it seems every time I call no one wants to help. I was held on the phone for 40mins and no help at all. My hub is flashing green lights and they said the technician will bet the in 5 days, 5 days? What am I supposed to do with no internet? I have school work to do for crying out loud. Can someone pls help.
