Hi there, I am unable to connect to the Internet. My router has the base LED light constantly green and the two way internet arrows are constantly flashing green. I have tried turning it off and leaving it for a few minutes before turning it back on but same issue. I cannot connect through wifi on my phone. Can anybody help? Thank you.
I'm new to virgin today and having the exact same problems. No internet and no TV service because of internet . Can I ask what the fault is as I have to wait 5days for an engineer. Not a great start from VM
