Flashing two way arrows. No internet.

Hi there,
I am unable to connect to the Internet. My router has the base LED light constantly green and the two way internet arrows are constantly flashing green. I have tried turning it off and leaving it for a few minutes before turning it back on but same issue. I cannot connect through wifi on my phone.
Can anybody help?
Thank you.

Re: Flashing two way arrows. No internet.

If you have the Hub 3.0? And arrow lights are flashing it sounds like it is unable to connect to the VM network. I would give faults a call.

Hey SPARROW87,

Thanks for your post Smiley Happy

Sorry for your connection problems. Your power levels are out of range, let's arrange for an engineer to call around. I'll send you the appointment info via PM (purple envelope, top right).

Speak with you soon,

Take care.
