Flashing green base LED

We are new to vigin media and have just set everything up following the set up guide but cannot connect to the internet as the base led is flashing green. Is there anything i need to do??

Did you call up to activate it?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to learn that you're having some trouble with a flashing green base LED on your Hub. I offer my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from this side and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, what lights have you got on your Hub?

How are you trying to connect, wired or wireless?

Please respond to me here and I'll look into this further for you.
