Flashing blue light

I have a flashing blue light on both my hub and my TiVo box, it's been out for over 24 hours for the second time in the 3 weeks I've had it installed, I've tried resetting the equipment and the TiVo box is now stuck on the starting up page and I have no internet connection on any equipment. I've tried calling their helpline only for the line to go dead twice while on hold after 14 mins and 17 mins both from my mobile so costing me for nothing. It's not the start I was hoping for.
Does anyone have advice on resolving the issue?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to learn about your issues with your flashing blue light on the Hub, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that all of your downstream power levels are too high and will require an engineer to attend in order to get this resolved for you.
