Flashing arrows no Internet connection

Waited patiently for three weeks for my new virgin installation, today the team arrived early and did all the outside work, and the inside work, it was mentioned that there is an issue with connections at the moment but assured me it would be on today, I've called twice after following instructions to do so to no avail. Thinking it's a problem at your end, TV and phone work but Internet almost nob existent, very unimpressed.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are experiencing loss of broadband service.

 

I can see that you called through to us to get this resolved and the broadband is now showing as online.

 

Is the internet working ok or are you experiencing any further issues?
