Is anyone else in the B91 Solihull area experiencing very poor service with constant outages on their Broadband service from VirginMedia? I went live just before Christmas and so far it is the worst broadband service from a technical perspective and the worst customer service I have ever received. My broadband has been more down then up, despite two engineer visits, the green wifi light is still constantly flashing. I am happy to say the broadband has actually been up for 4 hours without any interruption since the last engineer visit at 4pm today however the wifi light is still flashing. Looks like virgin Media have run out of ideas, I'm getting conflicting messages as engineers saying area fault, customer service saying no area fault. Any advice would be appreciated.
