I have a Super Hub 3.0, I have lost my internet connection altogether now, I have noticed the cable connector on the back of the hub is loose, I proceeded to unscrew the cable from the connector and it has become very loose turning in the socket, Is there any way I can have this looked into please, I have rang support on two occasions and are kept online doing tests which have not solved my problem of no internet, I have mentioned about the faulty connector which I am pretty sure is the root of the problem.

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection, I can see that your Hub is currently 'non contactable' which means I'm not able to communicate with it at all.
