Please can you provide an update on F004840082 which is currently affecting the G83 area?
As a result of this fault reference (given to me by your overseas technical support team) I've been without broadband for over 24hrs already.
I'd like to know the initial cause of the fault, what actions are being taken to resolve it and when it's likely to actually be resolved.

My apologies that you are experiencing loss of broadband connection.
I've taken a look at the fault number that you posted and this was closed down as resolved on the 28th October.
Looking at your connection, the broadband is now showing as online. Is the internet now working for you or are you experiencing any further issues?
