Error 7011

Hi I'm having trouble setting up my TIVO box. It's doing the startup checklist but gets stuck at configuring IP connections and displays error 7011.

Also, I called the number before and they said it would take up to 30 minutes but it's now been over an hour.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run a diagnostic on the box but it appears to be non contactable at the moment. I'd like to arrange for a technician to take a look for you. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
