Engineer No Show

I have waiting all day for an engineer to come and install the new internet. I was told that they would be here between 1-6 pm. It is now nearly 7pm and still nowun has turned up. I have found that other people have also had the same issue.

hiya @sufyaniftikhar it would be around 5+ days for the forum admin to reply, best having a chat with customer services via 0345 454 1111 or via sales 0800 052 0422 or if you know somebody with a virignmedia land line via 150..
