ERRATIC PERFORMANCE AND LOTS OF ERRORS ON VIVID 200 BROADBAND

Hi VM tech team and members, I have marginal SNR of 35 to 36 on the Downstream and power levels of 31.5. I do get lots of T3 errors on the network log and the internet stability is all over the place at all times of the day.  below is a copy of my error logs. Would appreciate some help/ engineer sendout to check/resolve this issue, thanks.

Can you screen-cap HUB GUI (or C&P) the full details including pre and post RS?

Power levels of 31.5?

Or is that upstream power level?

35 or 36 SNR shouldn't be an issue unless your downstream power level are out of whack too.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

From checking your connection, the Modem SNR (signal to noise ratio) for downstream is showing as 34 dB and there has been some time-outs reported within 24 hours of the router being online. For this I would like to arrange for an engineer appointment to check this over for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
