Dropping connection

Ok, so whenever I test the speed of my connection, it looks good; 11ms ping and usually around or just over 200Mbps. However, when watching Netflix or browsing web etc, I often get buffering. Have called 150 and got a confusing "we'll reset your equipment so call back later". Any ideas anyone?
