Downtime

Area code 25 have had downtime and "repairs" more than 6 days in a row- resulting in lost connectivity and work hours.
Never been this bad with Virgin - when should one be eligible for a refund? A network that you can't rely on is like having a bad car - you will eventually get rid of it.

Re: Downtime

You can phone Virgin on 150 and ask for a compensatory refund for services not rendered

Alternatively  if you don't have a business package which has more reliability and a service agreement.

A business class Service Level Agreement (SLA)  http://www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk/Products-and-solutions/Broadband-and-Internet-Services/business... seems like good solution when you use Virgin in your work/occupation.
