Dog chewed Internet cable

Hello and apologies if this is posted in the wrong thread!

So just got home and found my dog has chewed through the cable and have lost my Internet connection.....TV is still fine but phone/wifi dead.

Any idea how much this little "incident" is going to cost to mend?!? And whether the cable could be re-routed so this doesn't happen again?

Thanks in advance
Jules

Re: Dog chewed Internet cable

If its wiring from VM external box to internal face-plates or  Coax cables BEFORE the HUB/phone wiring BEFORE the master socket- sweet youll likely get it sorted FOC. Report it as a fault.

If dog has chewed wires from faceplate to HUB, still likely to get it sorted FOC- cable from master socket to base station phone is your responsibility...
