Been a bit of a wild one over the last week, speeds gone down to, in some cases, 5mb down the upload never seems to be affected. Used to have alot of congestion in the area but they did some upgrades last year and its been great since. But over the last few days the super hub 3 sometimes just stops working and I have to take power out and put it back in again for it to reconnect. Are any of my stats/logs below out of the ordinary?

I've checked the account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004978630). Our technicians have set a review date for 19th April.
