DEAD INTERNET - NE31

So the internet in my house is currently dead. I would like to know what is going on. I have wired & wireless devices non of which can get a connection. The devices connect to the router fine but nothing is incoming or outgoing. 

I can log into the router access 192.168.0.1 and after numerous reboots anything is yet to have established. I'm not sure If they're any other Virgin customers in the area experiencing the same thing.  Its been down since early this morning maybe 4 - 5AM. 

I log into service status check and it shows issues with the TV service ( Non of which i've experienced - I mean who really wants to watch the Good Karma Hospital or Coronation street on demand anyways ) But it shows Broadband with a bright green Tick and the words no known issues. I Find this very interesting. 


Anyways If you could manage to figure out what is going on or need further details hit a brother up. I would love to be able to stream tonight.

takes staff a week or more to get to threads - you can wait or give them a ring

as i said above it takes staff at least a week to get to threads and every time you post you [can] start the clock again - you could post some info - downstream upstream levels - to say it is dead whilst explicit says nothing much

That is fine. The issue is not on my end. I believe this is likely to be a localised network problem. 

Just out of curiosity... do you get paid to be on these forums tony?
