Connection drops approximately every 30 minutes

My hub and Tivo box is losing connection on a regular basis, I have phoned virgin a couple of times who simply go through the reboot process and tell me everything is fine, my kids use the intenet for gaming and i watch movies which means the service is unusable. The response from Virgin to date has been a complete waste of time, what is the best option/contact for cancelling my account.

I am sorry to hear about your issues with your connection dropping every 30 minutes, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I've run some checks from here and I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, how are you connected wired or wireless?

Also, what lights appear on the Hub when the connection drops?

Issue was caused by a fault in the external cabling box and impacted upon 5 households. Following lots of frustrating calls to 150 and 2 engineer visits it was resolved.
