Connection dropping intermittently

This is getting to be tiresome. Over the past 4-5 days I've had the connection drop out multiple times. Green lights flash... and flash. 'Service status' shows no known problems. Running a service test shows 'we think your equipment is switched off'. No it isn't! Eventually it sorts itself out and all is fine again... until the next time. Unhelpful when I'm working from home. I've had periods like this before, then it'll go weeks with no problems. If it carries on like this I'm going to have to switch.

Phone customer services to find out if there is a problem in your area.

Thanks for checking. It's been absolutely rock solid for the past week. Typically it will be fine for a few weeks, then there will be a period of a few days when it keeps dropping off. Just when I get frustrated enough to do something about it, it sorts itself out again!
