Connection date

Morning

I have been given the date of 4th March for connection.  Have just been texted this morning to say the team are now not coming until 7th March which is not convenient.  I have taken a day off work, and someone else is waiting for me to be connected.  I can't say yes to the text but if I say no, how long will I be waiting?

Customer support says to call the installations team -phone number impossible to find - which will cost me a huge amount of money by the time I get past the "Press 1" etc, crap.

I am seriously annoyed about this and I haven't even been connected yet!  Someone has also put the cable for the connection along my neighbour's fence.  I don't own this fence.
