The engineers connected my Supehub 3.0 early today but due to an outage, as they said, they were not able to activate it (London W4). They said I just need to wait for few hours but nothing is working yet.
Does anyone know anything about that? Should I call Support?
Exactly the same problem here in Birmingham. Engineer came to set up new account today, told me there is a problem with activation but should be fine within a couple of hours. Twelve hours later wifi still green and green flashing arrows below it on Hub 3. Tried rebooting a few times too. Will contact support tomorrow if still no joy.
Sincere apologies for the activation issues. I seem to recall being notified of problems sending hits to equipment (part of the activation process). But I would imagine (hope) that you all have an active, working broadband service now. But, if you do still require any assistance, please post an update and we'll do what we can to sort things out.
