Can't use internet/Mail on iMac after installing virgin Hub 3.
Can anyone help me please? I've installed my virgin hub 3 but now my iMac can't connect to internet despite it saying it's connected to wifi & my mail won't work either. It's all working fine on my iPhone & iPad. I rang up a technician & they said there was a problem in my area but I'm not so sure as it's been a fair few hours now & why would my iPhone & iPad be ok if it was a network problem?! Have been looking at threads but feeling rather confused & don't know what to do.
