Can't turn off 'Advanced Network Error Search'

Last week my Sonos speaker system no longer connected with my Macbook. Sonos tech support did a diagnostic and told me to turn off  'Virgin Advanced Network Error Search' as my Macbook had an external IP address which was not recognised by Sonos. Can some one help me turn it off. Thanks brucehopper

Unfortunately the page where one would turn that off does not see to be working.

Hopefully a member of forum staff will pick this up and do it for you

Hi brucehopper,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

Apologies you are having an issue with turning of Advanced Network Error Search.

I can turn this off for you, however I was unable to locate your account. Is this a residential or a business account? If residential can you send me a Private Message confirming your name and address please.

Speak soon

Sam
