Can't turn off 'Advanced Network Error Search'

Last week my Sonos speaker system no longer connected with my Macbook. Sonos tech support did a diagnostic and told me to turn off  'Virgin Advanced Network Error Search' as my Macbook had an external IP address which was not recognised by Sonos. Can some one help me turn it off. Thanks brucehopper

Re: Can't turn off 'Advanced Network Error Search'

Unfortunately the page where one would turn that off does not see to be working.

Hopefully a member of forum staff will pick this up and do it for you
