The default password is only used once during the setup, during said setup you create your own login password. In the event you forget what that is - pin hole reset.
If doing the pin hole reset at 20 seconds doesn't work, firmly press the pin hole button down for 60 seconds rather than the 20. Try this repeatedly. If it doesn't work still, the pin hole reset button is likely broke and you need a replacement hub.
