Hi. Two days ago I connected my new broadband with hub3 but I can't connect to Internet. When trying to connect I see on computer screen "your unit is updating please wait for a moment" and nothing happened. The same story when I trying to connect my mobile to WiFi. Anyone know how to fix this?
Still can't connect. I checked service status on virgin website and I found this message" We are aware that some customers using windows PCs are having issues getting online following a Microsoft Windows 10 update. We are in contact with Microsoft about this issue and will provide further updates as soon as possible. We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way." But I'm not using Windows 10. Any ideas?
I dont think it is anythng to do with the windows 10 problem,
I got the same message until my hub had activated then the message went away, is the bottom light on the hub flashing or steady, it should be a bluey white light, my wifi light flashes permanently green
