Can't connect to briadband

The engineer came to connect us to Virgin Media today and told us the green flashing light will change to white in 30 mins and the wifi will connect. It's been flashing for three hours now and I can't complete the log in process as the log in page is blank. The landline hasn't switched over yet so I can't call Virgin Media on their freephone number. It sounds like this is a common problem, what should I do?

I'm sorry to read there has been a delay in activating your broadband services.

 

Looking at your connection, this is now showing as fully active with devices connected.

 

Is the internet now working for you or are you experiencing any further issues?
