Can't connect printer and baby monitor to HUB3

We've just got our new VMhub 3 and our laptops/phones etc are connected but all our other wireless items such as printer, baby monitor hue lights etc won't connect to the hub.  I try pairing them and it doesn't list the hub as wireless in range so I enter it manually and still there is no connectivity.  What am I doing wrong?  Please don't say I have to replace everything!!!!!

Re: Can't connect printer & baby monitor to HUB3

Move them close to the Hub (2 meters) and check/read the manual..

"How to connect the device to the network...."

It is NOT a problem with the router.

Just RTFM. Smiley Wink

Re: Can't connect printer & baby monitor to HUB3

Hi TulipTinks,

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to read that you are unable to connect some of your devices to the wireless network.

With the Hub 3 it will broadcast the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz as one network. It may be worth separating these to make it easier for your devices to find the network and to connect too. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, sign in with the details underneath the router, on the left go into Advanced Settings and then Wireless.

You can also try to change the security type from WPA AUTO to WPA - PSK.

Let us know how you get on

Sam
