Call cut off, need new hub sent out

Hi there, spent 35mins on the phone where the tech team were trying to figure out why our installation won't work. Turns out the hub 3 seems faulty so they need to send a new one out, but the call cut off. Please can a Virgin staff member contact me urgently. 5 days without services now! You need to send me a new hub please. Grrrrrr

To add, when trying to setup and install the v6 box for the first time I'm getting a ç119 error message and I have an 8db equaliser.

Please can someone assist with this ASAP. This is now 6 days since the installation and I have no services. Completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this matter.
