Cabinet badly damaged.

This was hit by a large people carrier over a week ago. I reported it not long after it happened but so far nothing has been done. I understand that engineers are busy and the job has to be scheduled but i think something like this needs to jump the queue.

not sure how you reported it last time if you could drop a message via -> https://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1001&PARTITION_ID=1&TIMEZON... almost looks like the box was glued to the ground.

Not glued. Big bits of metal securing to the ground are bent right over. I reported it on the phone line that is on your website for reporting damaged boxes and also to customer services.

I've filled in the form on that link you gave me, Thanks.

Hopefully somebody will come and fix it pretty soon as i can see it not ending well if left too long.

Somebody came and fixed the box on Friday morning at 7.30am with the biggest hammer he had in his van. As you can imagine, he left quite a few people in the street a bit unhappy lol
