Report a broadband fault via the Webchat's broadband support options (make the request.) 3. Call 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone and report a broadband fault. Make the request.
However the request is made it will take 3 to 5 working days from the point it is made, for it to be delivered via Yodel.
