Broken brown box

My personal brown box was ripped of from the wall from somebody, so, I don't have any kind of service at home now. I spoked with the virgin media costumer service for 50min and after being tranfered 7times between departments they didn't book an engenier to come to solve the problem before 1st of april... What is unnaceptable. How can I solve the problem quicker?

I'm afraid I'm also unable to locate earlier availability for this type of issue at the moment via your account. Smiley Sad

 

I can, however, see that you have an engineer visit scheduled prior to this. It's definitely worth asking the attending technician if they can help with this also.

 

Let us know if following your appointment you need us to cancel the visit on April 1st.

They fixed everything Last monday, they don't need to come on the 1st of april anymore.
