Broken Superhub Replacement

Our Superhub is constantly restarting itself and we're lucky if we can go half an hour with out it restarting. I was wondering if we could get it replaced or repaired? Many thanks in advance.

Re: Broken Superhub Replacement

Hi JamesH1995,

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with the broadband connection.

Looking at your line, there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault reported in your area which is causing intermittent connection. The reference number is F005589374 and has a review date of 20th September.

if after this has been closed, you are still experiencing the same issue, we can take another look into this.

Kind regards

Sam
