Newbie. Had all the bells and whistles installed last Friday, but still no broadband.
TV working fine but have flashing green light on router.
should this have been connected at install?
Was it a self install or did an engineer run away before checking the installation?
If it was a first time self install and you have followed all the instructions. Did you phone up to activate your hub?

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your install.
I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. Hub is online and all the levels are as they should be.
