Broadband

Hi all. New on here. Am so fed up with my broadband and wondered if anyone can help. Numerous problems over the last year at least with our connection. Keeps dropping. We have had numerous visits although not very recently, a new router a few months ago and multiple telephone calls to try and fix it and we keep getting told that they have repaired the problem. But they haven't! Last 48hrs, we are struggling to connect even. Can't even change provider as virgin have the highest speed in my postcode and seem to be the only

Sorry to hear about the problems you're getting with your connection at the moment.

 

Checking your Superhub, I don't see anything out of place so I'd like to ask a few questions. Firstly, are you having problems with the wireless, hard-wired or both? Is this happening on multiple devices? Do you notice the connection deteriorates at certain times of the day / night?

 

If you get back to us we will gladly investigate further.

Hi Heather,

In response to your questions...

  1. Its just the wireless connection.
  2. It is worse in the evenings and at weekends.
  3. It affects all the devices in the house.

Thanks for coming back to us about this Birdseed,

 

I've checked the equipment levels and there does appear some timeouts present that I'd like for an engineer to take a further look at.
