My internet connection has been down for two days now and I had to contact help desk last night! A whole 24hrs later and still no service. Has anyone ever experienced this with Virgin as I am thinking of cancelling my service with them?

I have tested things from here and I noticed that both of your upstream power levels are out of the preferred ranges and will need to be looked at by one of our engineers.
