24 hours without a Broadband connection, Phoned customer services to no avail, anyone have any idea what's happened

Have you used the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see if there is a known issues affecting your area?

Yes there is, customers may have trouble accessing there webmail, still no Internet and no help from customer support
