Broadband router 3.0

Today we installed the new router, simple to do

But now there is an issue at the virgin end and our internet is down and has been all day. They keep telling us it will be resolved within 2 hours and don't call back. Nothing working so far. For the last 7 hours

Have others seen or experienced this as a result of 3.0 install?

I'm really sorry to hear you've had trouble getting your Hub 3.0 activated.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and it's looking healthy at the moment. Is everything working okay now?
