Broadband problems

So over the past couple of days I've been getting T4 errors, which cut the internet off every 30minutes. This fault in the area has apparantly been sorted but now I cant even connect too the internet with an error on my Network Log as;

Critical (3) DHCP FAILED - Discover sent, no offer received;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;

Any ideas on whats wrong?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with broadband connection having T4 errors, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tried to test your connection from here but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. I will need to confirm some details with you.
