Broadband outage all day

My broadband service has been out all day! The service status is reported as 2 known issues which were to be repaired by 16:30 yesterday (20/03/17). This was updated to 19:25 then 21:25 now it's reporting 21:25 today (21/03/17), which will be getting on for 36hrs down! Not happy. I'll be expecting a refund of my subscription. However I won't be holding my breath as I was promised a refund when my phone went down for a week and that was never forthcoming! Rant over, now I wait....SB

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your connection.
