We have had an especially bad broadband service for a week now. The service status keeps giving an estimated fix of today, which keeps changing to tomorrow !!!!
The service is so bad I can't stream a YouTube video and I certainly can't watch streamed catch-up tv or sport which I am paying extra for. Having spoken to CS I have been assured that he was going to ensue it's fixed today, but I DON'T believe it.
It's annoying me so much I want to leave. Since VM aren't supplying what I'm paying for do I have a case to end my current contract?
