Broadband went down last Wednesday 18th January 2017 - Virgin keep saying it is something to do with new modems - well not mine! The date for when it will be fixed is changed every day and now says tomorrow i.e. 22nd January and no sign of when it will be fixed. Why can't Virgin say how long? i need it work work. I called - was on the phone 20 minutes then got cut off! Customer service is nil! Am using BT Fon, but as no one seems to know how long th S will go on for I have to buy time at £7 per day!
