Have you used the 'Check Service Status' whilst it's up ... top right of this screen.
Thanks for the post to let us know that you're having issues with your broadband that keeps going off, I apologise for any troubles.
I have tried to test your connection from here, however I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. In order to proceed with diagnostics I will need some information from you.
