Broadband keeps disconnecting

My broadband seems to be getting more unreliable lately, I think it's disconnected at least twice in the past month, probably more. It just disconnected now and after 5 minutes of no broadband I decided to reboot it, and it's working now. I'm just getting a bit annoyed how unreliable it is lately, it used to be pretty much perfect! There's nothing in the network log from 2017. I'm using modem mode on an SH3, and I'm on 300/20. I did notice my downstream power levels are a little bit high, so maybe this is causing it? Everything else seems to be setup perfectly.

Here's my downstream channels:

And upstream:

If there's anything else I can add please let me know, if anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it, thanks! Smiley Happy

Re: Broadband keeps disconnecting

Power levels between -6 to +10 are in VM spec. So they are okay

Strange nothing in the logs for disconnections, maybe the Hubs faulty and just cutting out, hence no logs being recorded ?

Re: Broadband keeps disconnecting

Maybe, I have heard that in modem mode they can be a bit dodgy so maybe it's just that... Smiley Sad

If it helps, these are my pre-RS errors:

"1.3.6.1.2.1.10.127.1.1.4.1.4.67":"0",
"1":"Finish"
}

My network log now has something from 2017. There are only 4 types of message in the whole network log and quite conveniently all 4 are in order at the bottom of my log:

None of them happen at the time it disconnected, so not sure if they're relevant but thought it wouldn't hurt to add them in case there's something odd there.

Thanks Smiley Happy

Re: Broadband keeps disconnecting

Hi Hammy434,

Sorry to hear you're getting disconnections. All the stats you've posted look healthy and the log entries are nothing to worry about, that's just the hub checking to see if it needs to renew IP address.
I've just checked your connection from here and can see no issues. No area faults and your power levels are still within spec. Are these drop outs only happening on one device at a time or do all disconnect at the same time?
